A process improvement consultant, also known as a business process consultant, helps clients improve their performance and achieve goals by finding ways to make their processes faster, more accurate, efficient, and reliable.
Consulting is more than giving advice. Not only will my recommendations enhance your company’s ability to deal with immediate issues, I will also help you learn methods to maintain improvements and identify other areas to target.

Why do I need a consultant?
Overall, improving your organization’s process can lead to significant benefits in terms of efficiency, quality, and costs, which will also contribute to your organization’s long-term output, success, and desired growth.
As your consultant, I bring an outside perspective and can help identify problems that might be missed by those who are close to the situation. I am able to identify the eight types of waste and will provide guidance on how to minimize waste.
How much does it cost to hire a process improvement consultant?
It depends.
I will meet with you and your team to better understand the issues, help identify your goals and develop a scope of work (SOW) and time frame. The information gathered will help determine the cost of the project and will be included in a proposal.
I am open to small projects, long term projects, as well as fractured manufacturing engineering positions.
What industries or businesses do you specialize in?
The most prevalent assumption is that process improvement takes place only in manufacturing. The truth is that all businesses, from sales to manufacturing, retail to services, have processes.
I will map out the processes, analyze them, and then recommend changes to reduce waste and make those processes more efficient.
Do you offer free consultation?
PEaQ, LLC will never charge for preliminary services. I will meet with you and your team. After a full understanding of the issues, short and long-term goals, and timeline, I will present a proposal which will include scope of work, budget, and timeline.

I am located in a different city / state from you. Can you still help me?
Most meetings can be conducted using MS Teams. On the occasion that a site visit is required to gather more information, conduct time studies, train your team, etc., I have a special daily rate plus expenses. Expenses are never marked up.
How is PEaQ, LLC structured?
PEaQ, LLC is a Single Member Limited Liability Corporation registered with the State of Arizona. After agreement on a contract and SOW is reached, a W-9 will be provided for your records.
