Biography
About Kevin Howland
Having acquired extensive engineering experience over the last 25 years, Kevin has become well versed in many different industries and disciplines. After receiving a dual degree in Mechanical Engineering and Manufacturing Engineering, he began his journey as a Product Development engineer, examining processes to estimate the costs to manufacture products. Kevin performed capability studies, completed PFMEAs, led Kaizen events, created DOEs and wrote numerous comprehensive policies, procedures, and work instructions. As he moved into Quality Assurance, he developed a passion for improving processes, ensuring compliance, and delivering quality products. Kevin has a Green Belt Certification, extensive knowledge of statistical process control (SPC), and ISO9001 standards. He is also well versed in project management, and he is a seasoned instructor.
Kevin is a husband, a father of two beautiful daughters, and a grandfather. Also he is a proud US Army veteran.
